1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glyphs & Grids ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Glyphs & Grids grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Mac devices that you own or control. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Sell, rent, or sublicense the App to any third party
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. Trial Period

Glyphs & Grids offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you have access to full functionality of the App. After the trial period expires, a one-time purchase of $46 USD is required to continue using the App.

4. Payment

The purchase price is $46 USD (one-time). Pricing may vary slightly by region due to currency conversion. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets within Glyphs & Grids are the property of Glyphs & Grids and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your font files remain your own — we claim no ownership over any fonts or content you use within the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glyphs & Grids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

8. Updates and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
